To promote immune system Add 1–2 drops to tea or hot drinks.
Add a drop or two into a carrier oil and massage for better skin.

Directions for Use :
Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use - Apply one to two drops in the desired area. To reduce the sensitivity of the skin, use it with coconut oil.
Internal use - Add one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
